      Zemare may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Zemare or others in connection with the app.

      Notice for Claims of Intellectual Property Violations

      If you believe that your work has been displayed on the Zemare app in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your copyright rights have otherwise been violated, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following:

      What to Include in Your Notice

      1) An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; 2) A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed; 3) A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located in the app, with enough detail to help us find it; 4) Your address, phone number, and email address; 5) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; 6) A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
